Grandparents’ Day in Bellurgan N.S

Senior Infants had a brilliant morning on January 27th. We had some special visitors to our school, our grandparents and parents. This celebration is part of Catholic school’s week. Senior Infants performed a song and a poem on the stage for the assembled crowd. The grandparents then told the pupils some stories about their own schooldays. Everybody admired the lovely decorations the Senior Infants had made for the hall and all their fantastic work in the classroom. Thanks to everybody for coming and for making it such a great day and special thanks to the parents who helped serve tea afterwards.
