Our school had a very important visitor recently, the Joe Ward Cup. Taking him along to the school were members of the winning St Patrick’s team. The Pats are Louth county champions for 2012 and Bellurgan N.S are very proud of their achievement. There was tremdous excitement when the players brought the cup into the school as the pupils got their opportunity to take pictures and get autographs. A place in the Leinster Club Championship is part of the prize for their win and we wish them all the best as they take on the Offaly Champions.
